I got this question today from a library about to go live with Koha
and I'm not exactly sure how to answer it.
"Our system is a collection of four sites. One of them (Library A)
has a severe restriction: Books from its collection cannot be
transferred to the other sites. They can be put on hold
I wrote this feature, but it's been awhile so things may have changed.
As far as I am aware, this should be allowed by the system. However, I
don't recall writing in anything to limit a patron from selecting a
different branch for pickup. This may result in a situation where

possible with a combo of this feature and the holds rules on the circ
matrix.
