The 3M Standard Interchange Protocol doesn't define PC or PF fields.
Ordinarily the AQ field isn't associated with patrons, it's associated with
items and designates their "permanent location".
The summary field works like this:

Thanks for finding a slot for us. I think that will work for us.
We are planning to talk on "Open Library APIs" and work during the hackfest to
integrate some of the API into Koha. I'll send the title and abstract of the
