We've been having this problem and I was hoping there would be a reply to this.  We usually use it in the 'Check out' tab, but found out if we click on the 'Details' tab before we try to upload, it will work.  Maybe it will work in other tabs, but we haven't tried it. On 12/28/22 3:31 AM, Dr.
