When I've seen this, it's usually a problem with one or more patron
files in the category, and not with the category itself.
Our upgrades to 22.05 are a bit far in my memory, but I remember at one
point there was a problem with dates in the patron file being
-00-00. This result
Something I've seen recently is accidentally using a category name in sql where
it should be a code, for instance setting a user's category code to Adult
instead of AD (or whatever is appropriate in your db). If you run this sql in
your database and one category code stands out that may help you

other projects.
