[Koha] Problem printing notices with Panda FK-80

We are having an issue when printing notices (e.g., checkout notice) on our thermal paper printer (Panda FK-80) on Windows OS. The problem is that the printer* ejects a full 200-230 mm of paper BEFORE printing the notice. *In other words, the printer ejects a full page before beginning to print.
