I noticed this too, right after upgrading from 23.05.07 to 23.11. 500 error
after logging in. plack logs are not conclusive, but syslog showed this:
2024-02-02 1:08:57 54 [Warning] Aborted connection 54 to db: 'koha_' user:
'koha_' host: 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication pa
I implemented the Bywater solution Batch Permissions Modification plug
in with previous versions of Koha and had no issues, until I upgraded to
v23.05.04. Suddenly I started receiving client tickets stating that
librarians that were not super librarians could not edit their own
library items. M
If you are running into 500 errors, and you've exhausted all means to
verify you have a valid biblio, a valid item record and confirmed
homebranch is populated, there may be one more spot you need check.

Using v23.05.02 release has been a great experience thus far, but I am
noticing that the system is doing something CPU or process intrinsic
when it comes to editi
but
outside of that, does anyone have any suggestions. The server is beefy.
The user loads are light. All systems are nominal including memcached,
and no warning in the about us screens.
