Hi everyone,
I am experiencing issue with our Koha instance.
Whenever we save a record, it disappears and we cannot find in on the OPAC
or through the catalog module on the staff interface.
We are using Koha version 17 at present.

point me to? And do I upgrade from what I have now to the latest or does it
go through the previous releases.

Hi,
We have noticed the error below at our library and we really need
assistance to resolve the issue.
