In the Koha interface, you can go to Circulation -> Holds awaiting
pickup and have a look at the "Hold(s) over" tab. This should show you
the information you are wanting.

borrowers that have personally set these settings already, using the
tool to force defaults will override their preferences. This can lead to
angry borrowers.

Hi Jack,
You need to add an item to the order using the form, and then the
quantity will increment.
You can change the behaviour around adding items in acquisitions by
changing the AcqCreateItem system preference, depending on your whim.
