Hello,
I just added a link to my library's Interlibrary Loan form in the OPAC, on
the 'No results found' screen . However, I'd imagine that often someone
will do a search and there will be *some* results, but not the item they
are looking for. We are trying to think of somewhere else on the search
We are in the middle of an inventory right now. Our student workers are
going through the shelves with a laptop and a barcode scanner and just
scanning the barcodes as they go. If you pretend you're checking in the
book, you'll get a message saying it was not checked out, but the date last

The idea of creating a fake patron was so he could scan the books rather
than typing the titles. I see we can make a list by scanning barcodes as
well, so we'll do that. Thanks.
I don't see a report in the library that is limited to items on a
particular list. Is there a simple way to do that.
Hello,
One of our departments has asked to see a complete list of books that we
are considering weeding, so that they can identify ones that they want us
to keep. If we're going to provide them with this list, we want it to
include circulation information, so they can take into account the fact

Hello,
I'm having trouble remembering how to create a new fiscal year and copy our
open orders from the old year into the new one. We do get support from

more people by posting it to the list. I duplicated one budget to creat
I usually use it to limit by item type or location, like if I need to
search for Reference books. I don't usually use the multiple search boxes
for some reason.

Hello,
I just got a note from a student worker who oversees circulation with a
question about holds. She said, "Question: in Koha we are able to place
books on hold so the patron should get an email when the book is checked in
and placed on the hold shelf, but this system doesn't actually work."
I had this problem as well and got this response from Nicole:
There is a sys pref (AcqViewBaskets) that you might have to reset to fix
this.
It asks who can see what baskets.

We have a Boopsie app also. I don't know how to send you the link to it,
but it is in the iTunes app store, under Arcadia University.

Can someone remind me what the syspref is for anonymizing the checkout
history? I tried searching the preferences and my past emails but can't
find it.
Thanks.

Hello,
Back when we were on 3.0, I could look at the funds list on the
Acquisitions page and click on the amount ordered for a fund to see what
was ordered. The number (dollar amount) was a link, and the link took me
to a list of everything on order. Same with the dollar amount spent; it

Is there any way to remove an item from a list I've created? I think I may
have done this before, but I'm not sure.
Thanks!

I was told this was a known bug in the version that we are using (3.01.00.061).
I imagine it’s been fixed by now, since we are a little behind on our
upgrades. Maybe someone else can tell you which release has the fix.
