Dear Michael and colleagues,
I have even modified the patrons system preference to list 5 entries per
page. Still the problem persists. I even installed koha version 3.22, and
still same problem exists.
Anybody else, please help in trying to understand what may be the issue

Thanks for your guidance. However, I have checked and the patrons are in
the database. Doing CTRL + F5 and $ sudo service koha-common restart has
not resolved the issue.
However, I have now discovered that the problem happens when the number of
search items returned is more that 20

We have koha 16.11.06 installed and we are facing this exact issues. We
have tried clearing the cache but the problem still persists.
what else could we do?

Dear Colleagues,
I am using koha version 3.08. I have correctly added a serial subscription
and created a routing list. However, when I receive a new issue of the
serial, an email alert is not sent to/received by the members I have added
