Hi,
I have resolved my problem.
Since, I was copied down codes of the respective OPAC sections either from
blogs or examples given in websites, made it overlap.
I removed complete HTML or CSS or JS codes from
opacheader, OpacMainUserBlock, OpacNav, OpacNavRight.
And kept only opacheader codes.
I had to do this today, so here's what I did. Instance is the name of
your instance.
sudo koha-shell instance -c
"/usr/share/koha/bin/devel/create_superlibrarian.pl --userid
my_desired_username --password somethinglongandcomplicated"

No, not in my opinion -- just do it in the wee hours of the morning to
avoid a loss of log entries.
