[Koha] Help regarding Import batch into the catalog

Dear team, While importing the batch into the catalog in 3.22.4, I noticed it is taking more time for 3 records. In 3.20 it used to take only less than 30 minutes for both upload marc records and importing batch into the catalog. Is this issue with any of our koha settings? Please guide me if

Hi Galen Yes, this is how we have created the file, but it doesn't work... I suspect that some of the config value are not properly populated... we're going to check it agains another mysql server just in case it is for security reasons.. Do you have mysql remote in some koha installations (3.22)
