Has anyone on this list secured their Port 8080 Koha staff client with
.htaccess? If so, may I ask under what directory you actually stored the file
on your server? I'm thinking of adding an extra layer of security to my staff
client, but need some preliminary info first about using .ht

However, it does not handle all date formats.

We have a few systems with dumps over 2GB and unfortunately the
lock holds out the system for some minutes. Replication may be a solution but
obviously involves more cost!
