Greetings,
I got my git dev install running on Debian Jessie.
Is anyone aware of outstanding issues running this

I encountered a 403 error trying to get past

recently installed Debian server.
The instance is a 3.19 snapshot installed from a deb from
koha-community.org running on Debian 7.7 (Wheezy).

If search works, zebra is running.
What might have happened is that you somehow have an instance running
that isn't connected with the daemon controller system and so it checks
for it, fails
Hi David,
yes, take a look at
http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/3.18/en/tools.html#notices
In particular, read 3.1.4.2. Existing Notices & Slips

Dear all,
Good news for Koha users in India who wish to use SMS notifications
from Koha. I've published an open-source India specific SMS::Send

David,
if you enable the 'EnhancedMessagingPreferences' system preference, your
patrons will be able to choose to receive a notice when they have
checked out or checked in items, as well as some other useful notices as
well.
Details are in the manual.

I have been asked to define the columns on this page:
cgi-bin/koha/admin/aqbudgets.pl?budget_period_id=34
I'm not sure what the base level columns are supposed to be. Can
someone break down for me what each column is so I can update the
manual?
Thanks
Nicole

Does Koha have an "items borrowed" or "items returned" alert? I would like my
patrons to get an email when they check in or check out items.

Hi all,
I just successfully migrated my koha system to a VPS (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64-bit +
Koha 3.18.06), and restored the database via mysql.
I'm in the process of activating the Z39.50 server and I noticed something odd
(again!). When I ran koha-restart-zebra, the terminal returned the following
