They are either records viewed during Z39.50 searches or records that have
been staged/imported using the record import tool. See the manual below
for info on how to clear the staged ones:

Bibs in reservoir is the collection of all the bibliographical records that can
be indexed, records in the reservoir may have been indexed by Zebra (the
indexing engine used by Koha) or may be waiting to be indexed. Do you have any
specific questions about this?
