Hi,
I want to link auth to biblio records (Koha3.14.07) with 'export
PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Context.pm;export
KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/sites/koha/koha-conf.xml;/usr/share/koha/bin/link_bibs_to_authorities.pl', but it doesn't
work.
Could somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Our consortia has had this feature turned on now for 6 years. We have
moderation turned on, but almost always allow the tag to go through,
regardless of what it is. A few staff and and a few patrons in our
consortia use the feature, but not many.

A restriction added without an expiration date will remain in place
unless and until it is manually removed. Does that count as permanent?
If not, how do you define permanent?

anything and expires quickly. We move patrons into it when they graduate or
leave the school mid-year. If they return for some reason, we move them
back into the appropriate category.
