I started out trying to use CentOS because it is the linux best supported in
our Hyper-V environment. I eventually switched to Ubuntu. A Devian-based distro
(with package support) is just so much easier.

We have enables both local and Amazon cover images for our OPAC. Once koha
finds an Amazon cover image for the given book, it displays both local and
Amazon covers. However, we want koha to a single cover images, preferably the
local one. Is there any way to handle this issue?
