I concur with Elaine Bradke, However, I've found that using the field 952$y
for Koha item types (as defined in System Administration → Item types and
Circulation Codes. e.g. BK for Books) is successful on bulk imports. I've
not had success changing any of the 942 field directly using a bulk import.
Not sure if your problem is the same, but we had a similar problem with
the 942 $c and a bulk import. The trouble boiled down to this field being
controlled by
Home › Administration › Item types administration. You have to be sure
the imported 942 $c matches the code in the left hand column exac
