Dear Indranil We use koha 3.10 but this bug is present in the 3.8 version as well.  Has you solution worked properly? If es, then can you elaborate a little bit more on that. WE can implement it temporarily unless the bug will be resolved in the later releases. Thank you very much, Haik.
