[Koha] Serials Advanced Pattern Help

I need some serials help. Everyday with Rachel Ray is published 10 times a year and the number never sets back to 1 so - January/February 2012 is Vol 7., No. 59 The magazine is published monthly except in July/August and January/February. Any help setting up an advanced pattern would be welcome!
