Hi All,
I've recently been in touch with James Hennelly (future--jhenne...@ala.org)
who is involved in the RDA Toolkit. He drew my attention to their free
MARC linking service (
http://www.rdatoolkit.org/sites/default/files/marc_api_linkguide_final.pdf)
that allows for ILS users to open RDA Toolk
Realized this might have been vague:

Exporting didn't work for me. Most of the records I was trying to
export were sequential. So I put the first and last biblio numbers in
the appropriate boxes, didn't change any of the default parameters or
add any other information.
It should have exported those records, but the resulting file is

You can export records without item records, just not by specifying an item
type. You have to use a different criterion, or, as I do, export all
records and filter out the records I don't care about. I am sure it would
be possible to add an option "select only records with no items," if

Thanks for the reply Jared
My experience certainly bears out that it can't be done. It's
frustrating that you can't export records that don't have items. Is
there good reason why it would be set up that way? As more oddball
collections like ours adopt Koha there may be more demand for the
ability
Doh! It's in the dropdown menu.
I was trying to make it too complicated or something

Is there a way to delete bibliographic records? I have two records.
Somehow I managed to add a record twice from manage staged records. One
of them needs to be deleted. Do you just merge the two together or is
there an easy way to delete a bib with no holdings?
Thanks,

Elaine,
Limit by item type only works for records with items. It does not use the
942$c. I'm not sure there is any way to export only those records. Perhaps
your best bet would be to export all records, and then filter out those
records that have items? I'd probably convert the export to MARCXML a

Any thoughts?

Hi All,
I am trying to print barcodes from Koha. I can print barcodes if I search
by other criteria such as title, ISBN etc during the "Search for items to
add to Batch #".
However, if I do a search using the in-built " Added on or after date" or
"Added on or before date", I am not gettin
