We created a second instance of Koha using the instructions at
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Installing_Multiple_Instances_of_Koha
We dumped the data from our original instance and then reloaded it into
the koha_test instance. We have tried to reindex several time by using
rebuild_

You can extract them using
SELECT biblionumber, ExtractValue(`marcxml`,'//datafield[@tag="561"]/*')
FROM `biblioitems`
WHERE ExtractValue(`marcxml`,'count(//datafield[@tag="561"])>0')
but only if you are using Mysql 5.1.
You can use more restrictive conditions in the WHERE clause, of course.
