Hey, I'm the maintainer of Fedora/EPEL (also Debian) Knot DNS packages. I kept Fedora/EPEL Knot DNS packages up to date past few years in all active releases (pain), but that is kinda against Fedora policy and I noticed other maintainers don't do minor/major version rebases on Fedora packages
