This is fine just make sure the package devs are made aware of the
changes when you make them so they can update the package scripts
accordingly.

I had assumed that the fp-lib-table would go to kicad-footprints and
sym-lib-table to kicad-symbols. It makes sense to keep them with what they
describe, to prevent them becoming out of sync.

capitalization changes for users on platforms with case sensitive file
systems) existing symbol libraries or when you add a new symbol library.
