I believe the i18n repo is live. I'm not sure about the doc repo because I just tried to change my local repo git remotes and the clone button isn't shown on the GitLab doc repo yet so I'm assuming it's still just a mirror. I think library repos devs are trying to finish up some GitHub merge requ
