Well, if we really have a need collect it in one downlaodable we can
package that up in the release tarball and put it on
downloads.kicad-pcb.org.

somewhere in [1]. They are kept in the very big repo [2], which also
contains the old documentation and stuff. The documentation itself has
moved to ciampix' kicad-do
