There is now KiCad-Winbuilder V2.1 up.
There was an issue with windows not allowing any program matching the
simple search pattern *patch*.exe without admin privileges. This is now
fixed in V2.1, so if you were have been having build issues with V2.1 on

KiCad Winbuilder 1.0 will likely fail from BZR4183 and above due to the
build system using "bzr patch". This function is unavailable in
KiCad-Winbuilder 1.0.
