I guess it must be a conjunction of microcode/kernel/fglrx version problem...
Correct me if i am wrong but microcode is updated on each boot by the kernel,
right? Because microcode version 0x5000119 was already here on my bug
submission but not after
only usb HID..

I have the same problem and sometimes just touching the touchpad doesn't
