Kernel 4.7.0-040700rc1-generic was installed and tested, the problems also appear with this upstream kernel (in this case, blank screen which stayed like that for a whooping 12 minutes, but this time it shut itself down. Im going to keep this upstream kernel to see how it shuts down. A new problem
