This was never really fixed for the 9260 on 5ghz. Rarely connects at
5ghz and very slow.
I've tried the most recent linux kernel and the most recent ubuntu

I can see BT stuff when cold booting. Unable to test right now, but the
ability to see devices was not available before, so I think it probably
works. It must be a resume and warm boot issue?

I am also experiencing this, on a Gentoo system running on a ThinkPad
T440s. I'm not doing anything related to XBMC, simply using xrandr for
multihead. The interesting thing is that DRI works fine on my laptop
screen (glxgears reports 60fps, which is the refresh rate of my screen),
but breaks when
@Bernado, my card has no problem detecting networks, but it has a < 10 %
chance of actually connecting to one. I wish I could return my laptop.

I don't know what the problem is... The boot completes. Other than the fact
I can't use the "Dual-Boot" with another Linux Distro, and the screen

Hehe, been a while since hardware didn't work out of the box (or via
easy to install drivers) for Ubuntu, that's what I get for buying the
latest laptop network card I guess.
#150 works perfectly and wifi works. Will report back stats.

So the network speed is reported as 1 Mb/s through network manager, but
the speed is a bit faster than that on speedtest.net (about 10mbit) .
I'm also not getting great reported signal.

Just FYI, I seem to get much better performance over 5ghz compared to
2.4ghz with this card. Not sure if it's the routers I have tested (A
couple of DLinks and Netgear), but I can max out my net with the 5ghz
(speedtest.net reports 104mbit).

This also affected me, on Lenovo G580, kernel 4.4.0-34-generic. However,
I think I fixed it by appending "nomodeset" to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT in /etc/default/grub, then running sudo
update-grub as per http://askubuntu.com/a/722653/478436.
@ileyka/#112 - I was experiencing similar problems wit
ssume it's ok without the headers, and will go forward with
testing. If I hear back from you that I *do* need the headers package,
I'll go back and figure that out.

I was getting this, and solved when df told me that /boot was full.
I tried to apt-get purge my old kernels but that didnt' work, apt said
not enough disk space... um, yeah, that's why i wanted to remove stuff.
apparently apt-get tries to do some sorta boot config before removing,
probably keepin

copied the files as noted in the description (historic: For now, you
guys could use 15.10(purge the ath10k-dkms if you tried installing it),
and make a copy of https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/firmware
/linux-firmware.
Update: Seems this only happens on 5Ghz, 2.4ghz works fine.
