In my case, ASUS ZenBook Pro 15 UX580GE, Ubuntu 19.10, touchpad is
unresponsive. I somehow made it work by installing xserver-xorg-input-
libinput, xserver-xorg-input-evdev, xserver-xorg-input-mouse, but after
rebooting it stops working again and can't find any solution anymore.

I have reverted my microcode back to original version (removed the
microcode package) and the error persisted.
Also attached are errors i get on boot. Most of them have only started
appearing after the fatal kernel update witch caused the hibernation
issue.

Resuming starts but after a few seconds screen goes dark and nothing can

- booting with bluetooth of doesnt fix it either

The crash was happening on u-12tb1.112xlarge instances (448 cores, 12TB
RAM), and would happen once very few hours on average when the system
was busy.
Our systems worked fine for months after the upgrade to 24.04. Then we
started experiencing (different) crashes with the now retracted

[Dell G5 5590] lspci freezes computer on Ubuntu 20.04
Hey !
I'm able to boot and get into a tty. But after a few seconds (even if I
don't do anything) it freezes.
Machine boots fine with the USB stick and running lspci doesn't trigger
a freeze.
Attached is the dmesg log, but it seems to be truncated. I managed to
log into a tty and run `dmesg -w` b
This is what happens if I go into the tty and don't do anything. All
screenshots and logs were obtained running with `ignore_loglevel` kernel
