attach `sudo lspci -vvnnk` output. It will contains subsystem ID that
can be used to find the right iwlwifi model.
For bluetooth firmware blob name, you should try:

with Intel 9260.
Update to linux-firmware 1.173.8 did not fix the problem.
Everything is working fine when using 4.15 kernel, but not for 4.18+

available. And, actually backport-iwlwifi-dkms has all the mandatory
changes to enable iwlwifi devices, while mainline kernel may not. So I
would still recommend you to use backport-iwlwifi-dkms instead.

This is not a kernel bug. `lsusb` from usbutils package
(bionic/cosmic/disco) only read name strings from usb.ids [1] files.
Upstream has merged a PR [2] to fallback to kernel sysfs attributes, and
with that the names will be correctly shown.

Tried following kernel versions with system upgraded w/ or w/o nvidia-
driver-390 (version 390.116-0ubuntu0.18.04.1) installed. Booting with
HDMI cable connected doesn't have any problem for X, and I got dual
screen working as expected.

trigger this issue. Usage: `sudo ./read-dpcd /dev/drm_dp_aux`.
To find out what is, replace ExecStart property in
`/lib/systemd/system/fwupd.service` from `/usr/lib/fwupd/fwupd` to
`/usr/bin/strace -D -tt -y -f -o /var/lib/fw
