So I tested Debian 10.2 (kernel v 4.19.67) today and noticed that
Bluetooth worked perfectly fine, The only difference was in Debian the
driver loaded was r8822be, so the issue is with the driver rtw_pci
loaded in ubuntu 19.10 ??

issue in 5.7.x kernel.
Are you able to reproduce this issue with 5Ghz band wifi connection? (
connect Bluetooth speaker and play a YouTube video) ?
Are you able to reproduce this issue with 2Ghz(20Mhz bandwidth) band
wifi conne
I am suspecting BT interference with 2Ghz (40mhz bandwidth ) connection.
Right now I am testing this issue with 5Ghz and 2Ghz 20mhz bandwidth
wireless connections. Will report my findings here soon.
