Today I tried to unplug everything and start the PC in workbench (lay
motherboard down and connected the GPU, CPU and CPU Cooling AIO without
case and fans except AIO Fans)
the PC work fine two times in row and boot without issue then I plug
everything back to the case and the system failed to boo
Somehow it boot now from third time in same PC Case
