Having a common file for dkms-versions between main kernels and derivatives
causes a lot of conflicts during rebase.
Solution is to have a dkms-versions per kernels, under
debian./dkms-version.
While at it, instead of running ./update-dkms-version script, cranky
update-dkms
On Monday we're supposed to release this. This feedback would have been crucial
1-2 weeks before.
Plus, we already started the next releases..

As seen in the modified description, we have decided to revert the commit
"randomize_kstack: Improve entropy diffusion" for now. The updated kernel
should be available in ~2 weeks.
