Public bug reported:
TrekStor Primebook C13B notebook appears to boot (Ubuntu 19.04) only
when "noapic" is added to the kernel command line. Touchpad has an
integrated fingerprint-reader and is detected as "i2c-SYNA3602:00" but
does not work at all.

Touchpad does not work on Trekstor Primebook C13B

No difference (5.2 kernel). Unfortunately it still needs "noapic". :-(
Can this be the heart of the problem?
Other people seem to have no problems using the same laptop model and
report that the touchpad works with newer kernels.

Jose, can you tell us which exact kernel 4.15 build you got to work? Can
you also specify which revision of the Jumper EZbook 3 you are using?
If you don't know, you can find out your BIOS version and release date
using:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version
sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Yo
Kernel from #187 (4.15.0-35 generic; 2018-09-12) works fine on Jumper
EZbook. Thanks a lot Hans and Kai-Heng!

OK, the touchpad works (same as it did with 4.14.0-997; 2017-12-02), but

the mouse cursor -- but neither tap nor click work.
