At time of writing, the latest upstream is now 2020-04. Looks like all
LTS Ubuntu is on 2018-05. This regulatory database might not look like
much, but it helps wireless users use the spectrum legally available to
them in their jurisdiction(s).
Debian's buster-backports now has 2019-6 available.

SOFTWARE UPDATER ISSUE
sudo dkms remove -m zfs -v 2.2.2 -k --all
sudo rm -rf /usr/src/zfs-2.2.2
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/dkm
It is an Acer problem. Here is a fix that worked for me.
Reboot and hold F2. You'll be in BIOS.
Under Main, go to Touchpad.
It will be on Advanced. You should change it to Basic.
Save changes and exit.
Your touchpad should work.
