Public bug reported:
Bluetooth adapter not detected on machine running Ubuntu 20.10 with ASUS
ROG B550-F.
Upon clicking taskbar, bluetooth is shown as OFF. Expanding the
bluetooth menu in the taskbar shows the option to turn OFF bluetooth.
Going into the bluetooth settings, it says "No bluetooth
I was able to fix this issue by shutting down and unplugging my computer
from the power for a while.
