However, I have other computer with the same version of Ubuntu and
another wifi adapter and it works flawlessly. I also bought another USB
WIFI adapter for the computer because of the problems and it works fine
too. Except for the speed and signal strength, which are awfull on the
alternative. That
The latest upstream kernel I was able to test was
3.19.8-031908.201505110938. The error is still present there. I was not
able to test any of version 4 kernels because I get error: implicit
declaration of function ‘strnicmp’ when compiling the kernel module.

I am trying to connect ad business. I now know that there are some Cisco
Access Points. I tried it at home yesterday and the error is not present
there. Well, sometimes it takes some time to start to occur, but then it
occurs regularly.
After extensive tests with different kernels I am more and mo
I give up. I am not sure what causes the problems. It is a fact that:
- in some kernels I didn't notice the problem, which led me to conclusion that
the kernel is to blame;
- it behaves identically on more than one computer;
- I was not able to reproduce the problem on another WIFI network.
