Can reproduce with the same laptop model (S5406SA) on kernel 6.11.0-13 (Ubuntu 24.10). Note that you can still connect to Wi-Fi networks by manually running `nmcli radio wifi on` and `nmcli dev wifi list`. NetworkManager will list and connect to Wi-Fi networks even despite the soft-block. -- You
