Sorry to answer so late. @Kristoffer: I did the things you mentioned, it didn't help. what helped me was to boot into recoverymode and use the dpkg-option there, I also recognized that nvidia might be a part of the problem (I also suspected the displaylink I am using) So after rebooting again i
