This bug has been consistent in all Ubuntu releases 14, 15, 16 and the
relevant Mint releases upto and including 18. It never goes away and
always it stops around half-way copied. It is soo annoying!!

Clicking on "Fix released" reveals nothing.
And there's still no solution in UbuntuMATE 15.04 and 16.04 5 years later.
Specifically 50% copies then there's a 1 to 2-minute delay before the rest
copies from disk to usb stick.
