I've got a similar situation.
While saving (pauzing) a VM the system crashed. I'm also using LVM as
storage pool. Actualy my .raw files are on a LVM logical volume.
I couldn't apport-collect, so I used apport-bug. => Bug#1398883

problem. Last night I saved a VM again and everything worked great.
Do I have to do something with the tag 'needs-full-computer-model'? It's
a HP Proliant DL160 SE 2 with a 2 x Xeaon Core X5650 and 48Gb memory

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.0-rc1-vivid/ works
great!

- The phone says it's connected
- The car says there is no phone conn

Confirm...
With a Meizu phone, this is also an issue.
The phone connects with my Audi carkit after a few tries. The connection
drops again after 30-60 sec.
If I can help with more info or with testings, let me know...
