I have just updated to my system and no longer get a freeze after login but there is a delay after I open say Chrome browser and the GNOME interface seems to reset itself. If I try to un maximimise Chrome, it logs me out and I have to log in again. Just to clarify, I was using the xserver-xorg-vid
