I tried to use both kernels in my Latitude 5440:
linux-image-6.8.0-51-generic
linux-image-6.11.0-1010-oem
Both have the flickering problem.
The option intel_iommu=igfx_off make the flickering less often but do not solve
the problem.
intel_idle.max_cstate=2 i915.enable_dc=0 make it worse.

have become very frequent, every minute, or so. Sorry, that I cannot be
more explicite or clear on the nature of the bug. But I hope that th
disabling TPM did not work for me. still cannot wake up laptop. it is
obviously running in sleep as i need to power it off first.
