I had this issue a lot on Kernel 6.2.0-36, reverted to 6.2.0-35, now
upgraded to 6.2.0-37 and the popping is back. This is on Linux Mint 21.2

Since kernel 6.2.0 has been rolled out to Ubuntu 22.04, it also affects
me on KDE Neon 5.27 (which is mostly just Ubuntu 22.04 + fresh KDE).
I got this error during a standard system update:

I have exactly same laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 10) and
exactly same Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.

works well even if using the issued version of kernel. Furthermore,
