On my Dell XPS 13 I installed the new kernel 6.5 because I still was on
5.14. With that new kernel I don't have wifi and even no wired internet.

I had a working system despite this bug with the
MUTTER_DEBUG_KMS_THREAD_TYPE=user workaround, after upgrading to get
this fix I can no longer use the laptop. It prints "[ OK ] Starting
gdm.service" during boot and then hangs. No GUI comes up. I can get into
