I just bought one Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam, and want to use it with my
Thinkpad W530 with the Ubuntu 21.04 installed, but the webcamera only worked
for the first time it's plugged in after the reboot(and sometimes even reboot
does not help neither).

Installed the ubuntu 18.04 to that Dell machine with usb c-media audio
card, enable the -proposed channel and install the alsa-lib
1.1.3-5ubuntu0.6, reboot, open the gnome-sound-setting, there is no
SPDIF in the output device anymore.
