where touchpad seems to stop working on battery mode but works when
charger is plugged in. I can confirm that this is not my issue, touchpad

I updated the keyboard and mouse configuration to "Enabled" in the BIOS
as opposed to the default "Auto". Results looked promising with 4
restarts but then touchpad failed on the fifth.
I restarted again and it's working. The random pattern of the issue is
frustrating to say the least.

the Chuwi LapBook Pro laptop and whatever way it is configured. I am

Touchpad is still not working in latest kernels on Focal:
5.6.0-1017-oem
5.4.0-39-generic
Perhaps it should have it status changed from Fix released back to
Confirmed?
I'm willing to provide any information required to fix this issue in a

I can confirm that I have the same problem with the touchpad on my lenovo
thinkbook 15 - IIL running ubuntu 20.04 kernel version 5.7.1-050701-generic
with bios version DJCN14WW and non of the fixes applied worked for me.
Will also provide any information needed in order to resolve the iss

I faced the same issue.
After upgraded from 18.4 to 20.4, with integrated Intel graphics, my second
monitor stop working.
I dont have nVidia video card.

Updated to the newer version, still can confirm the issue.Not only that
its not working but it's not detected. Can confirm also that fingerprint
sensor is missing.
Lenovo IML models got supported officialy by ubuntu, I hope that it
would be a small change for IIL models too.
