The issue started with the first upgrade from kernel 4.15.0-13.
With kernel 4.15.0-13 bluetooth is working.
With every other after - included 4.17-rc1 (test done) - bluetooth is

disconnected the battery and the CMOS battery, and held down buttons to
reset the power configuration and BIOS. (Not sure I would recommend

Everything is still the same BUT now the folder /sys/class/typec exists
while in comment #11 did not even existed, and that was already with the

So I installed the latest upstream kernel (4.17-rc1) and the bug
described above still occurs. It's frustrating because it means my
bluetooth mouse stops working after about 5 minutes, and I can't get it
to work again without rebooting. Code copied and pasted below

glad to inform that touchpad now is working on Teclast F7 running Xubuntu 18.04
It is just temporary workaround, hope it will added to default kernel.
All you need to do is patch kernel with that file

It's not exactly the same, but I see the following during reboot, when
testing Xubuntu 18.04 daily ISO (2018-04-21), on VirtualBox 4.3
installed on a trusty system.
